      鍛件折疊缺陷、產(chǎn)生成因及預(yù)控方法

        在濟(jì)南鍛件中,有較大部分是軸類鍛件,其成形模具是摔模,由上下兩部分構(gòu)成,鍛造中鍛件繞著軸線旋轉(zhuǎn),沒有飛邊,例如卡摔模和調(diào)直摔模。摔模成形特點(diǎn)是通過模具側(cè)面壓力來制約金屬橫向流動(dòng),使金屬順著軸線延長,和自由鍛成形比起來,拔長率提高~1120%~40%。同時(shí),內(nèi)拔長時(shí)應(yīng)力情況也能防止內(nèi)部出現(xiàn)縱向裂紋。在生產(chǎn)中發(fā)現(xiàn),臺(tái)階軸鍛件使用一般摔模鍛造時(shí),往往在臺(tái)階部位發(fā)生折疊缺陷。

        1、折疊缺陷問題下面是半軸鍛件工藝,以此說明利用成形臺(tái)階軸過程中出現(xiàn)缺陷,和模具改進(jìn)后的解決。半軸成形步驟是:①壓肩直徑是130mm;②拔長兩端到直徑130mm,自由鍛成形;③一端壓肩直徑118mm;④拔長一端到直徑115mm,自由鍛成形;⑤壓肩直徑108mm;⑥拔長另一端到直徑105mm,自由鍛成形;⑦修整和調(diào)直成形,調(diào)直摔模。利用摔模時(shí),在步驟①、③、⑤、⑦,都容易發(fā)生折疊缺陷,尤以調(diào)直摔模這一步最為嚴(yán)重。
