鍛件折疊缺陷、產(chǎn)生成因及預控方法

  在濟南鍛件中,有較大部分是軸類鍛件,其成形模具是摔模,由上下兩部分構(gòu)成,鍛造中鍛件繞著軸線旋轉(zhuǎn),沒有飛邊,例如卡摔模和調(diào)直摔模。摔模成形特點是通過模具側(cè)面壓力來制約金屬橫向流動,使金屬順著軸線延長,和自由鍛成形比起來,拔長率提高~1120%~40%。同時,內(nèi)拔長時應力情況也能防止內(nèi)部出現(xiàn)縱向裂紋。在生產(chǎn)中發(fā)現(xiàn),臺階軸鍛件使用一般摔模鍛造時,往往在臺階部位發(fā)生折疊缺陷。

  1、折疊缺陷問題下面是半軸鍛件工藝,以此說明利用成形臺階軸過程中出現(xiàn)缺陷,和模具改進后的解決。半軸成形步驟是:①壓肩直徑是130mm;②拔長兩端到直徑130mm,自由鍛成形;③一端壓肩直徑118mm;④拔長一端到直徑115mm,自由鍛成形;⑤壓肩直徑108mm;⑥拔長另一端到直徑105mm,自由鍛成形;⑦修整和調(diào)直成形,調(diào)直摔模。利用摔模時,在步驟①、③、⑤、⑦,都容易發(fā)生折疊缺陷,尤以調(diào)直摔模這一步最為嚴重。

  2、問題的解決對工裝進行修改,從根源上解決軸類鍛件的折疊問題。在摔模的臺階處,在小直徑型圓弧切向設置兩條切線和大直徑型圓角相切。這樣部分消除存在于模塊接觸部位臺階,減慢形狀上改變。當模塊合攏時在圓角處產(chǎn)生一個容納剩下金屬的空腔,不是原來的臺階縫隙。鍛打時剩下金屬分流到這個部位時,不產(chǎn)生飛邊,而產(chǎn)生一個棱形塊,在鍛件旋轉(zhuǎn)鍛造時,這部分剩下金屬因為是棱形由于其厚度后所以不是先彎曲再折疊,而是經(jīng)過鍛粗和鍛平然后融進鍛件內(nèi)部,成為一個整體,不會發(fā)生折疊缺陷。 3彎曲鍛件的折疊缺陷彎曲鍛件是常用的結(jié)構(gòu)鍛件,主要有連桿、曲軸和管接頭等,這類鍛件的多數(shù)缺陷是彎角轉(zhuǎn)接部位的折疊,鍛件流線要順著零件方向分布時,這類折疊被鍛件形狀所制約,特別是彎曲角低于110。時,折疊難以避免。

  4、缺陷產(chǎn)生原因該缺陷產(chǎn)生主要因為模鍛成型時,已彎曲棒料彎曲端用料少,變形區(qū)處圓臺用料多,所以在模鍛時,彎曲端材料向著最大用料圓臺處匯集,圓臺處金屬部分填到型腔,部分朝型腔外部流,與彎曲端流動來充型材料匯流,這時彎曲棒料若有褶皺等問題,會增加材料流動的差異性,因此發(fā)生折疊。

  5、解決缺陷措施對缺陷發(fā)生原因,要采取這種措施來解決,彎曲工序是引起折疊關鍵一步,由實驗可知,在溫度與打擊力度合適時,該種材料彎曲后,彎曲角超過120。,彎曲半徑超過8mm時,坯料一般不出現(xiàn)褶皺。綜合分析該鍛件放置與用料,把彎曲角由110。改為115。,彎曲的內(nèi)半徑由5mm改成10mm,從而降低彎曲褶皺發(fā)生可能性,消除褶皺發(fā)展成折疊隱患。還有,彎曲模具設計時,彎曲槽設計很重要。棒材彎曲以后,變形區(qū)會出現(xiàn)橢圓狀變形,應注意折彎后截面是否發(fā)生凹陷,如果有,要及時調(diào)整彎曲槽設計,加大傾斜角尺寸,從135。加到150。 4結(jié)語通過對鍛件折疊發(fā)生的原因分析,進而對鍛件毛料改進和模具尺寸更改,使鍛件尺寸良好,鍛件表面和低倍組織都沒有出現(xiàn)折疊,鍛件力學性能都符合標準要求,其質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定,像臺階軸,工裝改進設計已經(jīng)在生產(chǎn)中用到全部摔模設計,基本解決了臺階軸折疊缺陷問題。彎曲鍛件折疊缺陷,重要的是鍛造工藝與模具設計必須合理、恰當。
